Southwest Pool & Spa Show Call for Presentations

  • As this submission is for a Standard Session, Certification or Paid Session, and since the attendees of this show are interested in gaining more knowledge or receiving certifications, all submissions MUST be free of promotion to sell a specific service or specific product, those that are commercialized will NOT BE CONSIDERED!
  • The 2026 Southwest Pool and Spa Show will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. Session dates are February 15-19, 2026. By submitting this form, you are committing to holding these dates open on your calendar to speak if selected.

  • Please provide detailed information on your Session such as a technical paper or abstract outlining all aspects of the program. The following information will be relied upon heavily by our reviewers to select our educational line up. It should be clear and concise, grammatically accurate and NOT A SALES PITCH. Submit as a PDF (Only). We understand that material may be updated and amended before the show and we do not expect this information in its final format. This is for the reviewers to help understand your program, but this should be 80% complete.

    • Are you okay with the SWPSS AV equipment or would you like to have AV from the Convention Center and pay those costs directly?
    • Session rooms will have microphones and speakers are highly encouraged to use them so all attendees can hear. Please note if you need any additional items for your session, keep in mind there may be fees for additional items ordered.
    • Laptops and Computers will not be provided. Speakers are required to bring their own laptop computers. Please list the type of computer you will be using onsite. If "Other" please specify
